Do my minutes expire?+
Never. Unused plan minutes and one-time credit-pack minutes both stay yours until you spend them — no 90-day clock, no anxiety.
What happens to my clips?+
They're yours forever. Re-download or re-render any time. We store renders on zero-egress R2, so permanence costs us almost nothing — and costs you nothing.
Can I bring my own API keys?+
Coming soon. A BYOK tier is on the roadmap: plug in your own Deepgram + Anthropic keys, pay a flat platform fee, and your minutes go effectively unmetered.
Is there a team or agency plan?+
Coming soon — seats, client workspaces and brand kits are next. Today, Pro's unlimited runs already cover most client work.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage or cancel from the billing portal; you keep what you paid for until the period ends, and a downgrade never deletes your clips.
