What we process
Your account email; the videos you upload (which contain the faces and voices of the people in them); the speech transcripts we generate from them; the short clips we produce; and basic usage counts. We do not store your IP address, and we do not log your email address or message contents.
Where your data lives
Our application servers, database, and media storage are hosted in the European Union. To transcribe and analyze your video we send audio and transcripts to specialist AI processors; some operate in the United States under standard data-transfer safeguards. We never sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can export everything we hold about you, and permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time from your Privacy & data settings. You may also contact us to exercise any other right you have under the GDPR, LGPD, or CCPA/CPRA.
Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies: your login session and your language preference. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.
